Ingredients:

  • Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Tomatoes diced
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Kidney beans
  • Sea salt / pepper to taste
  • Chili sauce
  • Cayenne

Get a nice big pot or even a small pot depending on the batch and for how many people. Throw all the ingredients in and boil. I would recommend cooking the chicken first and then starting the veggies so nothing gets over cooked. It’s so simple and such a good alternative to chili. Enjoy!
