Go Organic!


This, to me, is a very important subject to our health. There are too many people in the world that think “just buy whatever is the cheapest” “it’s all the same” Wrong, It is NOT all the same. while research has shown that there is no real difference in the value of nutrition, that’s where everyone is missing the very important fact of what organic means. Organic is free of chemicals and pesticides, whereas conventional contains all those harsh, cancer causing compounds. Eating healthy is not cheap and I know that first hand coming from a struggling home eating cup O noodles for dinner. But I have found a way to eat completely organic and survive. There are some foods that should always be bought organic, and there are also some that you can get away with going conventional.

ORGANIC: Apples #1, tomatoes, celery, lettuce, potatoes, grapes, strawberries, cucumbers, peaches.

CONVENTIONAL: Avocados, pineapple, onion, corn, cabbage, asparagus, grapefruit.
